Performance Management training for one of the UK’s leading on line comparison site.

Lijack Consultancy worked with GoCompare to design and deliver Performance Management training for all 200 staff and managers. As well as introducing the new paperwork, our approach was to encouraging new behaviours and skills that are required to manage performance in others effectively. Managers were given training and support in their ability to effectively deliver Performance Review discussions and improve performance within their teams.

Through these interventions the organisation has seen the confidence grow in managers and a culture of giving and receiving feedback developing to increase the effectiveness of working relationships.

Essential Business Skills

An accredited first line manager programme delivered to one of the largest independent investment managers in the UK.

For 6 years running Lijack Consultancy has delivered an essential business skills programme to Invesco Perpetual, enabling 58 first line managers or aspiring managers to pass their ILM award in Leadership & Management.

Delivered over 6 months this programme has created a foundation of management and leadership, creating opportunities for internal growth and succession within the company
