An Institute of Leadership approved first line manager programme delivered to one of the largest wealth management companies in the UK.

For 4 years running Lijack Consultancy has delivered an approved introduction to leadership and management programme for St James’s Place, so far enabling over 150 first line managers to improve their management skills and receive an Institute of Leadership certificate.

Delivered over 6 months this programme has created a foundation of management and leadership, creating opportunities for internal growth and succession within the company

Managing Performance and having courageous conversations

Personal Development

Delivering a women’s network mentor programme for one of the largest independent investment managers in the UK.

Amongst the many projects within Invesco, Lijack Consultancy has worked with them over the last 5 years to design and deliver the Invesco Women’s Network Mentor Programme.

Each year around 16 women from within Invesco are paired with a senior leader from within the business and Lijack Consultancy facilitates a series of workshops to support the mentee’s development whilst working with their mentors. The workshops include content on:

Creating your personal brand
Developing personal resilience
Managing your time effectively
Leading personal change
Managing your manager
Blackbox thinking
Having courageous conversations

Through these workshops and with the support from the mentors, the organisation has seen the confidence grow in the women who attend the programme , along with increasing their effectiveness of working relationships and progression of many of the women into the next step of their career.
